Tanzania Peaberry (Med.)

This washed coffee is bright and light with a creamy mouthfeel. The usual coffee cherry has two beans inside; the peaberry only has one, which seems lends to a deeper pocket of sweetness and a more balanced structure.

This fine coffee from Guatemala is all woman produced, which is a rare occurance in the coffee industry. The beans come from 23 different woman owned and run farms in the prized Huehuetenango region.
